When you place your bid please be prepared to follow through with the purchase! This listing is considered by American Land Company to be a binding auction and by bidding, you are entering into a binding agreement for the purchase of this land. High fees in the real estate category force us to file non-paying bidder reports against those who do not follow through with the transaction. This could result in expulsion from eBay.
We understand sometimes due to circumstances beyond your control, you may find yourself unable to follow through with the transaction. In this event, all we ask of you is reimbursement for our eBay listing fees.
MOST of our Auctions are NO RESERVE ABSOLUTE, but we also do Fixed Price and Buy It Now Listings. All Properties are sold with an additional $195 Deed Processing Fee. Deposit may be paid by cashier's check, credit card, money order, and PayPal, which we prefer. All monies received will be credited to the buyer at closing. The remaining balance of the winning bid amount is to be paid in full at closing. The Full Purchase Price PLUS the $195 Deed Processing Fee will be due within 2 weeks of the close of the auction.
The winning bidder will receive a Warranty Deed--this guarantees you will own this property Free and Clear. Title Insurance is available for an additional fee. The winning bidder should receive the RECORDED WARRANTY DEED within 4+/- weeks after the payment and documentation has been received.
